Valve, Collins Rahn-Otis End-Tidal Sampler, 1982
An ingenious valve that used inspiratory and expiratory pressures to fill a small sampling balloon (yes, a condom) with end-tidal gas for steady-state DLCO tests. Valve is pictured upside down.
