  1. PC-Flow + is an excellent spirometer and I have been using one for the past 12 years.
Unfortunately I am not able to find the software to make it work on Windows 8 or 10 .
I shall be grateful if anyone can help me in this regard.

    1. Dr. Zacariah –

Spirometrics is still in business but most equipment has a limited lifetime, partly because of product cycles but also because technology moves on. My lab had to replace equipment because it required a specific A/D board that could only fit in PC bus (AT style) that hasn’t been made in years. The company did try to help by selling custom PCs with that bus but had to stop when they could no longer find the parts for them. You can check with Spirometrics but I doubt that they’d still have an installation disk for that spirometer on hand. Good luck.

  2. I have been using a Spirometrics device and software (CMD/PC Flow 3350 and PC Flow for Windows vresion 1.04) for a looooooong time, and it still does his job on this old MSI netbook am writing from……………….
Although Spirometrics is no longer producing or updating such items, they were kind enough many years ago to send me the installation files to use the software and equipment on Windows XP after giving them the S/N of my flow meter, but that’s all (all had started on Windows 3.1………dinosaurs age indeed)
Unfortunately, I lost those files so my spirometry equipment is gonna be discharged as soon as it shows any problem
